Gene Schroll joined the Seed Team last June. His positive attitude and “Whatever It Takes” work ethic is one of a kind. He comes to work everyday with a energy level that is unbelievable. During harvest you would see him from one end of the field to the next and he was walking (or running)! His willingness to learn is like no other. When given a task he will research it and follow thru to be sure it is completed to the highest level. Gene’s role as Agronomist for the seed farm as already proven to be a big win by the many hours he spends scouting. His attention to detail is remarkable as seen is his scouting and sampling reports.
