Uriel Leyva and Reginaldo Fierro have been drivers for 2 seasons for the Phoenix Transportation Team. They are consistently committed workers, with an outstanding POSSITIVE ATTITUDE AND PASSION for the work. I witness every day the good mood they are always facing the job. Uriel & Regi are always working to maintain and improve good relationships between all their co-workers. Most of the times we found them walking the extra mile trying to do not only the strict necessary, but anything possible looking for the best way to accomplish the job. Every time there is special job to do, for a customer or vendor, they have a big smile on their face and a respectful attitude, always upholding the Walther Farms core values.

Uriel Leyva and Reginaldo Fierro han sido conductor durante 2 temporadas en el equipo de Phoenix Transportation. Son trabajadores constantemente comprometidos, con una sobresaliente ACTITUD POSITIVA Y PASIóN por el trabajo. Somos testigo cada día del buen humor con el que siempre afrontan el trabajo. Uriel y Regi siempre están trabajando para mantener y mejorar las buenas relaciones entre todos sus compañeros de trabajo. La mayoría de las veces los encontramos haciendo un esfuerzo adicional tratando de hacer no sólo lo estrictamente necesario, sino todo lo posible buscando la mejor manera de realizar el trabajo. Cada vez que hay un trabajo especial que hacer, para un cliente o proveedor, tienen una gran sonrisa en el rostro y una actitud respetuosa, siempre defendiendo los valores fundamentales de Walther Farms.
