Dale Hornbacher has been a member of the Mid-Michigan team for 6 years. Dale has worn several hats on the team, but this past year stepped into a new role for the Mid-Michigan team as office/parts manager dual role. Although Dale lives all the Core Values, Sacrifice and Service has stood out to the team in recent months.
With a “You Bet” and a “Can Do” reply Dale goes above and beyond to drop whatever he is doing to ensure everyone on the team is taken care of immediately. Dale sacrifices his priorities to serve the team and is the model of a servant leader to those around him.
Dale has taken on many new challenges this past year. Dale has spent countless hours coordinating travel plans, paperwork, and housing to ensure we have our team in place to get the job done. Dale also takes care of community service making sure everyone in the community is taken care of and is always seeking opportunity for those in need.
