Congratulations! You are “Top Right” and in a fantastic spot! You have a high level of trust and win/win intentions AND you have solid communication and alignment as it relates to the question you were just asked.
If at any time you feel that you’re beginning to slip into another quadrant (with this or any other situation), please stop and ask yourself what makes you feel that way. Is it something that you may have done? Is it something that your manager or another team member may have done? Does a communication issue exist? It’s very likely that a simple talk with someone will get you back to where you need to be. Try to identify the issue and work with others to ensure that you stay “Top Right”!
In addition, you could be a good role model for someone struggling to get “Top Right”. Simply setting an example or engaging a person with “Top Right” behavior could go a long way to a happier, better and safer workplace.
If you would like to speak to someone outside of your workplace, please feel free to contact any of the Team members listed below. Your conversations will remain anonymous if you wish. We look forward to hearing from you!
