My internship at Walther Farms was a great experience because I was given everything I needed to succeed in my position. I was able to ask questions when I needed to and was taught about all the things that we do around the office. I felt like I have been here for years in such a short time. Becoming full time was an easy decision because I liked working here and was excited when I got the opportunity to stay.
