Michael Walther has been involved at Walther Farms since high school and is now a Senior Field Manager on the Seed Farm. Michael possesses many Core Values but his Positive Attitude and Passion shine through. He does an excellent job with the team completing all task while still smiling, laughing, and enjoying work every day.
His laugh is always recognized from a distance and will make you laugh as well.
