Core Value Spotlight – October 2018

Willingness to make a commitment, sacrifice and serve while maintaining a positive attitude and passion for getting the job done right. Joey Jaworowski has done just that.

Joey began the season planting the 2018 potato crop in Pearsall, Texas, beginning in January finishing up in late February planting 800 acres. He then moved up to Erick, Oklahoma planting 1,092 acres. After finishing up Oklahoma, he then made the commitment to support the Kansas operation planting an additional 1,630 acres.

After finishing planting in Kansas the last week in May, Joey headed back to Texas to take part in harvest operation. Once done in Texas, he headed back up Oklahoma taking the lead position as harvest operator. Following Oklahoma, he ended up in Kansas in late July continuing to fill the role as an operator finishing harvest season in mid-October.

Through the many challenges of planting and harvesting Joey has demonstrated respect of others, displayed integrity, accountability and ability to excel in communication.

We appreciate the commitment and your “Whatever it takes” approach to each day.

Great Job Joey! Thanks
