Cesar Torrez, Carlos Hernandez, and Lalo Hernandez have worked for the Three Rivers farm for many years. They are fantastic in the shop, and excellent operators, running planters, harvesters, and always supporting with a “Whatever it takes” attitude. They provide great feedback on how we can get better and are always Positive and Passionate about everything Walther Farms. They have been asked to take on some new roles and responsibilities and many times they will say “Whatever you feel is best for the farm we will do it!” Cesar, Carlos, and Lalo are awesome examples of living and breathing Walther Farms at its core.
