Enrique Vargas-Martinez has been a pivotal part of the Three Rivers team for almost 16 years. Enrique has always lived by Walther Farms’ Core Values and is a bar setter when it comes to “Sacrifice and Service” and “Unity and Humility”.
There are many great things Enrique has accomplished; his shining star moments are running the seed cutter in the spring and the piler at harvest. He can always be counted on to do the right thing and carry out the task at hand with very little direction. His calm demeanor is welcoming to the teams he works with and he is always smiling even with the fast pace of harvest.
The long days do not disrupt his positivity in the workplace or his consistency. His bins are always perfect from the first days of harvest to the last. Enrique can also run the loadout line and supports throughout the winter months filling in to lend a hand with the shipping operations team. He can scoop potatoes with the best of them and unload seed just the same. Enrique is a blessing to have as part of the team here in Three Rivers.
