The Kansas Team is pleased to recognize Mario Alfaro in this month’s Core Value Spotlight. Mario’s willingness and desire to sacrifice and serve spans across 36 years. He has worked in various aspects of crop production. Everything from leading and managing harvest, running potato handling teams in Northern Colorado and Kansas to supporting the development of our Oklahoma and Texas operations. Mario’s passion for life and work is exemplified every day. He is always the first to arrive at work, taking the lead and giving guidance to new team members, as well as coaching seasonal team members during planting and harvest.
