Sacrifice and Serve
Andy Gaines lives and breathes Walther farms core values but the one that really stands out is to sacrifice and serve. He puts in long hours day after day week after week while struggling to find time to spend with his family. Andy is a huge asset to Walther Farms and the Colorado farm would not be where it is today without him. After a rough year with family medical issues Andy has managed to grow one of the biggest crops we’ve ever seen all while trying to balance his work and family life. Sometimes in order to get some time with his kids they will come to work with him. He is a great men-tor and teacher as he teaches his kids and his peers about hard work, dedi-cation and following things through no matter what it takes. He is always willing to go the extra mile to produce extraordinary results. For the past 3 years he has gone through the rigors of the summer field manager work, right into harvest, followed by taking a lead as the Colorado shipping and storage manager. Very little rest and down time for Andy and yet he re-mains positive and upbeat and never cuts corners. Sacrifice and serve de-fines Andy and his work style and is unmatched by anyone. Thank you Andy for your hard work and dedication with all you do for Walther Farms and your family.
