In every area there is a person that goes above and beyond with our core value expectations. Walther Farms core value of Sacrifice and Serve is ingrained in Cole Lehman’s DNA. At many times of the year Cole gets pulled in every direction possible. Daily, Cole is taking phone calls, emails, and text messages from the team needing help with issues or needing a part or just running the numbers. He is always there to support in any way possible no matter how big or small the need is or what time of day. With the rapid growth over the past few years, he continues to adjust and is always working on ideas to improve the process in the shop and out in the field.
