Discipline and Accountability
Derek Robinson has been excelling in multiple Core Values but striving in “Discipline & Accountability.” When there was an unexpected change in management at Walther Farms’ Table Operations, he stepped up and took on the challenging task to get them better faster. Coming into a new and unfamiliar role he has established new standards right upfront holding himself and his team accountable for daily operations. He has created a detailed and organized schedule for the appropriate cleaning/sanitation of equipment and developed a more organized preventative maintenance program. He holds weekly meetings assigning various tasks to keep his team aligned. Being a leader in safety, he has dedicated a lot of extra time getting Three Rivers and the Table Operations up to code on operating in a healthier and safer work environment. He rapidly excelled in the inventory management side of the business and has brought better coordination between the Table Operation and WF complex supply matrix.
