It was a tough crop year for our farms in the southwest, but our team has stayed strong and united thanks to the leadership of Eli Robinson and Brett Bergdoll. These two, who started as interns with us in other locations, have brought a positive attitude and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done. They were recently key in getting our wash shed ready for a food safety audit and have consistently sought out opportunities to improve our farm.
